Management Platform for ISP
For a swiss ISP I created an extensive management platform which integrates closely with technical and administrative systems. All products (such as Web Hosting, Mail Accounts, Internet connectivity) are managed from a central system which interacts with agents on the hosting infrastructure (Servers for Mail, Web, Databases, FTP, RADIUS and more) which were developed by me as well. This tool allows 1st level support to deploy and modify all products without requiring assistance from engineering. Additionally there are extensive integrations into marketing, billing and monitoring systems.

Quotation Tool for Insurance Brokers
As co-founder of a swiss SaaS company, I planned, developed, launched and maintained an application for insurance brokers that helps them keeping track of their customer's insurance policies and allows for sending requests for quotation to insurance companies and comparison of all the offers received. The company is now a leader of digitization in the swiss insurance market.

Order Processing Tool for ISP
For a large swiss ISP I created the main order processing tool. The app supports the orders team from the initial receiving of the order to the final customer confirmation after completion. During the process the system handles communication with more than ten external APIs for various tasks from setting up fiber connections, provisioning provider switches and customer hardware, assigning IP addresses and ordering additional services such as TV and mobile subscriptions.

Mobile App for Tourism Destination
For a Swiss-Italian tourism destination I created two native apps for iOS and Android. The app allows ship captains to explore over one hundred points of interest on and around a lake. A Facebook integration enables seeing your friend's locations for meetups on the lake and sharing your journey of the day. The app was localized in 6 languages in collaboration with a translation agency.

Security Service Resource Planning Software
For a security service company I developed an internal tool to keep track of all their assignments and dozens of employees. The app handles all the planning and scheduling of people and various resources such as vehicles. All employees use the app for tracking their active working time and record any events during their shift. This information in turn is used by HR for statistics and salary payments as well as for reporting to the clients.
